Once again the import race/show season is upon us, for those of us still prepping and finalizing vehicles and mods, it's crunch time.  Time to get those whips cleaned off and ready to hit the streets because summer is just around the corner.  Those who made it out to Import Survival Series 1 on March 19th 2006, braved the chilly Pre-Spring conditions to see some of the East Coasts die hard racers do their thing at Raceway Park.  Among them were Bill “BJ/Wild Bill” Renkart and Eric Dimayuga representing Revtech Racing on the track in their Toyota Supras. While it was difficult finding a warm spot to be in that day, RR's Supras definitely were heating things up on the 1320.  Dimayuga clicked off an 11.74 @ 124.86 mph run for his best time of the day, while “BJ” ripped down the track in impressive fashion, guiding his new White Supra through the lights in 10.37 @ 128.74mph.  Coincidentally, “BJ” and Eric have also taken over the 1-2 spots on the Top Quarter Mile Times section of the Revtech Racing website.  While Eric made it to the Semi-Finals “BJ” took home the First Place Trophy for his class and prize money, although he suffered a blown head gasket in the process.  Nonetheless, “Wild Bill” has since repaired the damage and is back on the track causing havoc as usual.

Revtech Racing members in attendance, but not racing, contributed in whatever way they could in support of the guys racing that day.  Marc Enriquez and Jonathan “JR” Duque were on hand to catch the action on video, while Chris Zamorski was on hand to support his fellow Supra owners and John Del Franco was also in attendance reppin' RR.

Congratulations go out to BJ and Eric for doing Revtech Racing proud as usual and a big thanks to all those that made it out in spite of the cold to have their backs.
